ALLYK Terms

These terms apply to use of ALLYK, a MAYAYAI product for controlled company automation and decision workflow review.

Product Access

ALLYK is evolving. Features may change as product feedback is reviewed. New verified registrations receive one no-card trial of the available app features, but this does not guarantee availability of every planned connector, automation mode, or integration. Trials already created under a prior policy retain their recorded end date.

Workspace Access

ALLYK supports enabled SSO providers and email-link login. A successful login does not by itself grant company access: a new free trial also requires one normalized phone number that has not already activated another personal trial, and the verified identity must match an active workspace membership and trial or subscription entitlement. ALLYK uses the phone number only to administer trial eligibility, as described in the Privacy Policy. Workspace codes may be issued for admin support or recovery. You are responsible for protecting account and fallback credentials and telling MAYAYAI if access should be revoked.

Chat And BYOK

ALLYK Copilot may use rules mode or a bring-your-own-key LLM mode through a single command box. Copilot outputs are drafts and explanations only. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and should not submit secrets, regulated records, or confidential third-party data.

Human Approval Boundary

ALLYK may draft suggestions, reports, or connector actions. Users remain responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, rejecting, or pausing actions before relying on them.

ALLYK does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, regulatory, or compliance advice. Use outputs as decision-support material only.

Payments and Entitlement

Payment, trial, or subscription status may unlock product access. The published monthly plan price includes the stated ALLYK credit allowance. One ALLYK credit equals one completed billable interaction. ALLYK does not count connection setup, page loads, drafts, retries, denied actions, failed actions, or archived work. BYOK model use is charged by the customer's chosen LLM provider, not ALLYK. No current ALLYK operation costs more than one credit. An existing operation will not increase above one credit without prior notice and a published pricing-table update. Any future multi-credit operation will show its exact cost before it runs. When the allowance reaches zero, new credit-consuming work pauses. Saved work remains available, ALLYK does not automatically bill an overage, and the customer can wait for the reset or choose a continuation option. Any future paid overage policy will be presented for explicit approval before it takes effect. Payment or product access does not prove customer outcomes, validate a decision review, or create research evidence.

Acceptable Use

Do not use ALLYK to submit unlawful material, private credentials, regulated records, confidential third-party data, or content you do not have permission to process.

Research Boundary

Research use requires separate consent, anonymization, classification, claim-ledger mapping, evidence-strength review, and human/admin approval.
