Four Operations

Choose a task

  • List eligible active tasks in the connected workspace.
  • Ask the user which task to use.

Assess before saving

  • Submit selected context or explicit scores.
  • Get a suggested customer question to investigate without saving a review.

Revisit Reviews

  • Read paginated Diagnostics reviews from one task.
  • General chat history is excluded.

Choose Your Inputs

  • Use context assessment for a customer problem and offer.
  • Use structured assessment when the user supplies the required scores.
  • Ask for missing inputs. Never invent scores or treat estimates as verified facts.
  • Results suggest what to investigate with customers and state the assessment’s limitations.
  • Results grant no action authority, predict no success and reveal no private calculation code.

Connect Your Account

  1. Confirm that your host and deployment have been enabled.
  2. Start the connection from the host and sign in to ALLYK.
  3. Review the named application, workspace and read/write permissions before connecting.
  4. Preview first. Save only when the user requests it. Reconnect when the one-hour grant expires.
  • The host receives its own limited access token.
  • Never supply workspace tokens, database keys, gateway secrets or ALLYK BYOK keys.

API Contract

  • REST: POST /v1/public/diagnostics/{targets|preview|save|history}.
  • MCP Streamable HTTP: POST /mcp.
  • Obtain the enabled server URL and client registration through reviewed host setup.
  • Do not assume the website URL is the API endpoint.
  • OAuth: authorization code, S256 PKCE and exact registered callbacks.
  • Read scope: diagnostics:read. Save scope: diagnostics:write.
  • Task ownership, account access and request limits apply.
  • For a saved review, include the selected task and project IDs and a unique operation UUID.
  • An identical retry uses that same UUID.
  • History and target lists are paginated; request the next page rather than assuming the first is complete.

Scope And Limits

  • The connected AI app (the host) supplies the conversation.
  • ALLYK supplies the diagnostic.
  • Use ALLYK BYOK Chat for conversation inside ALLYK and separately configured ALLYK Agents for supported actions.
  • Customer Diagnostics tools cannot approve or run Agent work.
  • The older local operator MCP adapter is private.
  • It is not a customer installation path and should not be configured in an external AI host.
