- Your plan includes assessments and saved reviews with no extra charge: each uses 0 ALLYK credits.
- You do not need an AI model subscription or API key to run Diagnostics.
- In ALLYK, open a task and choose Roadmap → Diagnostics → Run a diagnostic.
Service request limits still apply; included assessments are not unlimited.

Example: investigate why customers hesitate to buy.
- Diagnose — 0 credits. Assess the offer/need gap and save your review.
- Discuss — 1 credit per completed response. Use your connected AI model to draft a customer question.
- Act — 1 credit per completed approved Connect outcome. Send the follow-up through a supported connected tool (a Connect).
- One of each = 2 ALLYK credits. Model usage is billed separately.
- Illustrative calculation. More completed responses or actions use more credits.

Credit Usage
Your plan includes a monthly allowance of ALLYK credits for completed chat responses and actions.
- 1 ALLYK credit = 1 transaction.
- A transaction is one billable completed action under the live meter: a completed BYOK chat response, a completed approved Connect outcome, a completed scheduled preparation run, or a completed local/agent operation (including coding-agent operations).
- Approving, rejecting, or editing an existing draft, and viewing history or notes, do not consume credits. Setup, drafts, retries, denied, failed, or archived work never counts as a billable outcome.
